When will it happen - D-League team playing in Portland!

Some months ago, the Press Herald ran stories announcing a NBA D-League team coming to Portland soon. So what is happening now?? It seems that the official announcement of our Portland team must come anyday especially if they are going to play next season.

This team needs will also need name. What do you think? The name should be tied to Maine in some way but what/how!
